A 14-year-old Ohio boy disappeared after leaving home for school 10 days ago — and now the hunt for him is intensifying, according to reports.
Harley Dilly vanished on his way to school in Port Clinton on Dec. 20, but authorities believe the teen is alive and the ongoing search for him is being treated as a runaway child investigation “until someone tells me otherwise,” Port Clinton Chief Rob Hickman told the Toledo Blade.
“We’ve expanded the search throughout the United States at this point,” Hickman told reporters Friday.
The teen’s grandfather, meanwhile, was among more than 100 people who attended a candlelight vigil in his honor on Sunday in Lakeview Park, where he spoke directly to his grandson, WTVG reported.
