NORTH DAKOTA PLACING NEW SIGNS WELCOMING VISITORS TO STATE

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota has new signs welcoming people to the state.

The design features the new state logo and includes the first photo background used on a North Dakota welcome sign.
