DNC Propagandist Stephen Colbert’s Cringiest Moments: Remember the ‘Vax Scene?’

Late-night show host Stephen Colbert will be off the airwaves come May 2026, and for many, it couldn’t come soon enough. His shrill, one-note electioneering comedy routines lost their relevance long ago, as they were about as funny and predictable as an MSNBC show, and he failed to understand that the country was moving in a different direction.

CBS was willing to lose money for years on the show, which tells you a lot about them, but they finally pulled the plug on Thursday, setting off howls of rage from the likes of Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA), “comedian” Jimmy Kimmel, and the Writers Guild. They shriek “conspiracy,” but late-night comedy simply isn’t resonating with America the way it used to, and even CBS is evidently sick of pouring money down the drain.
