The Wyoming Legislature has passed a bill that will require large retailers that don’t have a presence in the state – including online retailers – to collect sales tax on purchases that are delivered into Wyoming.
As long as House Bill 19/House Enrolled Act 41 makes it past Gov. Matt Mead’s desk, the law will be effective July 1.
