A two-week trial is slated to get under way in Gallatin County District Court this week in a dispute between a prominent Bozeman developer and a local construction supply company over a downtown hotel.
Jury selection begins Monday for the civil trial between Andy Holloran and Kenyon Noble and its co-owner Rick Ogle.
The trial is scheduled to last through Aug. 23, and will be overseen by Flathead County District Court Judge Amy Eddy.
