The Montana Supreme Court is allowing a Bozeman man to enter a new plea agreement or stand trial in two sexual assault cases against him.
Jerry Joe Henderson appealed his Gallatin County District Court sentencing to the high court and argued that state law does not allow no contest pleas, like the one he entered, to sexual offenses. The high court agreed last month and sent the two cases back to District Court.
