Decision to try West Yellowstone teen as adult delayed

BOZEMAN, Mont. — The 14-year-old West Yellowstone boy accused of murdering his 12-year-old nephew will find out in July if he’ll be tried as an adult.

A Gallatin County court will decide if James Sasser III will be tried as an adult on July 7.
