BUTTE, Mont. — The Ambassador of Ireland to the United States, Daniel Mulhall, was in Montana last week visiting different parts of the states.
One of the places he stopped in was Butte to see what future partnerships it could hold.
“Mainly because of the presence here in the 19th and 20th centuries,” said Mulhall. “Tens of thousands of Irish Miners came here.”
