The Teton County 4-H Fair is a wrap following four days of activities June 25-28 in Choteau at the Choteau Pavilion and the Weatherbeater Arena.
Teton County’s two Montana State University Extension agents Jenn Swanson and Shelby Jones-Dozier and office staff Jamie Smith and Joan McDowell worked with the 4-H Council to put on the fair.
Rocky Forseth of Fairfield, a former Teton County 4-H member, commented on his Facebook page that there is something unique about a county fair, after attending this year’s fair. “A packed house for the 4-H sale, a beautiful National Anthem, and the entire building recited the Pledge of Allegiance and the 4-H Pledge verbatim. Several kids well out of their comfort zone shaking hands and talking to prospective buyers.
