The Second Amendment is something that is very uniquely American. The founders placed it in the Bill of Rights deliberately, placing it second only to freedom of speech and conscience, because they remembered very clearly how the United States was born, and wanted to ensure that no tyranny would ever arise in the country they had brought into being. But the Second Amendment, one could argue, has suffered an awful lot of “infringement” over the years.

Which brings us to Elon Musk.
