President Donald Trump’s “big beautiful bill” would make sweeping changes to U.S. health care, leaving millions without health insurance and threatening hospitals.  The Senate passed the spending measure after a marathon voting session on amendments, but the bill faces another major test in the House. Recent changes to the bill would cut roughly $1.1 trillion in health-care spending and result in 11.8 million people losing health insurance over the next decade, according to estimates from the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office.
