‘Mr. 82’ forever: Cheyenne community remembers Journey Emerson

Almost a year after Journey Emerson died in a head-on collision near Lame Deer, his family hosted an inaugural memorial softball tournament in his honor — drawing dozens of community members to the field at People’s Park to remember the 21-year-old athlete, father, and former high school basketball standout.
