Worries have continued that Iran might try to activate sleeper cells in our country following the U.S. bombing of their nuclear sites in June. News from the Border Patrol posted Tuesday won’t ease those fears, as they announced that they had apprehended five Iranian illegal aliens and two citizens of Uzbekistan in upper New York State.

It was determined that all seven adult male subjects had previously illegally entered the United States at various locations along both the U.S./Mexico border and the U.S./Canada border. They are currently detained and pending removal
