Secretary of State Chuck Gray has signed a Memorandum of Agreement between the Wyoming Secretary of State’s Office and the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to allow for increased voter list maintenance services through the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) Program.
