Get Your Kicks at 6! — a free, family-friendly concert series at 6 p.m. on Thursdays in July and August — welcomes everyone to come and enjoy seven different performers over six weeks along with food and beverage concessions and farmer’s market vendors.
Montana State University Extension in Teton County, the Choteau Lions Club and the Choteau Chamber of Commerce have organized the Get Your Kicks at 6 concert series in the City Park at the Pavilion Bandshell. In case of inclement weather, the concerts will be held in the Pavilion.
Concert goers should bring their dancing shoes and their own lawn chairs or picnic blankets. The scheduled concerts are:
July 10: Scratchin’ Gravel (Bluegrass).
July 17: Up the Creek (1970s classic rock) and Wilbur Rehmann Quintet (jazz).
July 24: Sterling Drake (roots music and more).
July 31: Little Jane and the Pistol Whips (Amercana and more).
Aug. 7: Brigid and Johnny Reedy (cowboy tunes,
