Work began July 7 at the Falls Creek Recreation Site on the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest. With the presence and activity of heavy machinery, the project requires a temporary closure to ensure safety for the public and workers.
The closure for Falls Creek Recreation Site will be effect July 7-21 for the north parking lot, and July 21-Sept. 30 for the south lot. During this time, the Falls Creek Recreation Site will have limited trailhead and river access.
