Legislation could free “parked” retail liquor licenses in Wyoming

Multiple retail liquor licenses across the state could be freed under a liquor law revisions bill advanced from the Senate Corporations Committee on Tuesday.

Senate File 14 would tighten the time frame retail liquor license holders have to begin operations and would require license holders to be operational year-round to keep their license, instead of the current three months, unless the business operation is seasonal.
