A Missoula restaurant will soon be featured on the Food Network.
The Notorious P.I.G. barbecue restaurant in downtown Missoula opened just about two years ago.
Owner Burke Homes explained, “I’m from St. Louis, Missouri. I knew I wanted to live in Montana and catch fish and shoot ducks and drink good beer and hang out with all these fancy folks, but I missed barbecue.”
