Yellowstone County Commissioners are recommending naming Highway 3 near the Billings airport after Montana’s late U.S. Sen. Conrad Burns.
Commissioner Denis Pitman sent the recommendation letter to the Montana Department of Transportation after gaining approval from commissioners Robyn Driscoll and John Ostlund.
