Inc. Magazine has doubled the number of Wyoming companies in its list of the 5000 fastest growing companies in the United States.
In 2016 the list included the telecom company Mammoth Networks of Gillette and Fund&Grow, a financial servies firm based in Cheyenne.
This year, both companies appeared again, with Mammoth climbing 272 positions in the rankings to come in at a rank of 3456. Fund&Grow slipped a bit, losing 27 positions to come in at 2517.
Those two companies were joined this year by Sheridan’s Science of Skill, which debuted at number 536 after posting a 3-year growth rate of 837 percent. Science of Skill sells weapons, martial arts equipment and self-defense education products online. The other new addition is Warehouse Twenty One, Cheyenne’s cutting edge advertising and marketing firm, which appeared with a rank of 1587 after posting a 3-year growth rate of 249 percent.
