BOZEMAN, Mont. – In a four to one decision, the Bozeman City Commission voted Wednesday night to approve a controversial apartment complex project slated for downtown.
It was the second vote on the Black Olive project. Dozens of people crowded into City Hall to have their voice heard.
Many were disappointed when the vote came in.
