CHEYENNE – The Cheyenne-Laramie County Joint Powers Board agreed Tuesday to fund half of a $250,000 grant meant to lure a mystery Denver manufacturer to the Swan Ranch rail park.
The grant, split with economic development nonprofit Cheyenne LEADS, will be used to offset some of the company’s costs moving into LEADS’ “spec” building south of town off Interstate 25.
