Officials have identified a 26-year-old man who died on New Year’s Eve after crashing his truck on a rural road north of Livingston.
Moore was ejected from the vehicle, which is believed to have wrecked sometime between midnight and 6 a.m., Jenkins said.
While traveling eastbound on Brackett Creek Road, Moore’s truck went off the road and rolled, according to the Montana Highway Patrol.
Drugs and alcohol are believed to be factors in the single-vehicle crash. Trooper David Morris previously told The Gazette that tire tracks at the scene showed the truck was “kind of all over the road prior to crashing.”
