South Dakota signs on to Texas lawsuit challenging president election results

South Dakota Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg’s office Wednesday joined 16 other states with Republican attorneys general in filing an Amicus Brief in support of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s lawsuit against four battleground states — Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin — where Trump came up short at the polls in last month’s election.
