CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) – Carbon Power & Light, Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association and the Wyoming Rural Electric Association donated $30,000 to six fire departments that helped fight the Mullen fire. Each fire department will receive $5,000.
