The Wyoming Aeronautics Commission will convene from December 9-11, 2024, at the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) Headquarters, located at 5300 Bishop Boulevard in Cheyenne. The sessions will take place in the I-80 Room of the WYDOT-U Training Building.
Meeting Schedule
- Monday, December 9:
- A workshop will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. featuring presentations from WYDOT staff and a consultant on an Economic Impact Study.
- Commissioners and WYDOT staff will gather for a dinner later that evening; no official business will be conducted.
- Tuesday, December 10:
- Commissioners will participate in tours of two facilities: the FAA Denver Air Route Traffic Control Center in Longmont, Colorado, and the WYDOT Sign Shop in Cheyenne.
- Wednesday, December 11:
- The commission will hold its regular business meeting at 8:30 a.m.

The Aeronautics Commission regularly meets to discuss topics related to aviation infrastructure, economic impact, and other key issues impacting Wyoming’s air transportation network.
