Gov. Greg Gianforte recently visited a nearly completed water treatment plant in Whitehall, reflecting a $2 million investment by the state and one of many water and sewer infrastructure projects across Montana.
He toured the facility Thursday, learned about the process to ensure water quality and met with members of the Whitehall Public Works division and Whitehall Mayor Mary Janacaro-Hensleigh.
“It was great to visit with the team in Whitehall to celebrate their hard work and the investment at the new plant to ensure clean drinking water for their customers,” he said in a news release.
