Report: Hillary Clinton Was a Little ‘Psycho-Emotional,’ Given ‘Heavy Tranquilizers’ During 2016 Campaign

A declassified 2020 House Intelligence Committee report alleges that Russian intelligence claimed Hillary Clinton suffered from “psycho-emotional problems” and was on “heavy tranquilizers” during the 2016 presidential campaign.

The report, declassified and made public Wednesday by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, claims information on the former First Lady’s fragile emotional state was reportedly kept secret by President Barack Obama and Democratic leaders at the time.

The information came from the SVR, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, and was known to Russian President Vladimir Putin at the time; however, he chose not to leak it, assuming that Clinton was bound to win the election.

According to the document, the SVR had Democratic National Committee (DNC) communications showing Obama and party leaders found the state of Clinton’s health at the time to be “extraordinarily alarming” and could negatively impact her campaign.
