exbase, Inc., a Bozeman-based retail data management software company, announced Monday the formation of an Advisory Board to guide its next phase of strategic growth. The company also named retail supply chain veteran Jack Keating as the board’s first member.
Texbase said the Advisory Board will be composed of executives with deep retail and supply chain expertise who will advise on scaling operations, revenue growth, and industry connections. The announcement follows a year of significant expansion for the company.
Keating brings more than two decades of global retail operations experience, including senior leadership roles at Timberland, where he oversaw customer fulfillment and supply chain operations. He currently serves as principal at JFK Advisors, and has also worked as a board member and graduate-level professor.
“Texbase is solving some of the toughest challenges in retail and supply chain, challenges I’ve faced firsthand,” Keating said. “The Texbase platform brings the kind of visibility and control that brands need to stay competitive. I’m looking forward to helping the team scale their impact and connect with more organizations that can benefit from what they’ve built.”
Texbase CEO Donny Askin said Keating exemplifies the type of leadership the new board will bring. “Jack Keating, our first Advisory Board member, is a perfect example of what we are looking for: someone that has built a solid reputation within our industry for operational excellence and revenue acceleration,” Askin said.
Texbase provides a cloud-based platform that connects retail, manufacturing, and textile brands with supply chain partners. Its software focuses on material traceability, ethical sourcing, sustainability, and regulatory compliance, aiming to reduce inefficiencies and improve product quality throughout the supply chain.
