WinRed Posts Record GOP Fundraising

Republican candidates are increasingly turning to WinRed as their go-to fundraising platform, with new figures showing record-breaking growth across the 2024 election cycle.

According to data released by the GOP-backed digital fundraising service, Republicans raised a total of $5.6 billion through WinRed over the past three election cycles, with contributions from 8.8 million individual donors. The 2024 cycle alone accounted for $1.8 billion, fueled by 4.5 million donors—a clear sign, WinRed says, of sustained and growing grassroots financial support.

Campaign signups jumped 60% compared to 2021, with 74% of new signups coming from state-level campaigns. The platform’s reach has expanded well beyond congressional and national races, powering fundraising in all 50 states and strengthening Republican efforts at the grassroots level.

One of the biggest shifts came in coordinated fundraising between campaigns. In 2024, $364 million was shared between GOP candidates and committees via WinRed—a model long dominated by Democrats.

The platform also credited its “Saved Profile” feature with driving donor engagement. Nearly half of all 2024 donors had a Saved Profile, allowing for faster checkouts and more recurring contributions.

WinRed officials say the success is the result of both technological innovation and a dedicated support team ensuring campaigns run smoothly and donors get answers quickly.

“Republicans who win elections and raise more money overwhelmingly choose WinRed,” the group said in a statement. “We are a platform made by Republicans for Republicans, and our track record speaks for itself.”
